More Blasts from the Past
I just found that I have a few more photos of classmates who came to Harlandale High School from Terrell Wells Jr. High. Again, thanks to Jackie Wright for saving all of these old school photos and sharing them.

More Jr. High Football
A couple of weeks ago I shared a Terrell Wells Jr. High football photo belonging to David Young and today I discovered a football photo from Harlandale Jr. High. I have no idea where I acquired the photo so I'm sorry I can't give that person credit. If you see this post and remember giving it to me, please let me know so I can include that here.
Whoever you are, thanks so much for this great photo.

Before Harlandale H.S.
David Young shared this great photo of a Terrell Wells Jr. High football team circa 1958 which he believes was probably the "B" team to his Facebook page. I'm sharing it here with David's permission.
What a fun walk down memory lane. How many of these guys do you remember?

News from the Cooks
After posting yesterday's message, I just received the first submission from Harlandale classmates Clay Cook and Nanette Chopin Cook.
Here they are in August, 2019.
Nanette says they'd love to get together with HHS classmates for a brunch, lunch or whatever sometime. Just send her a message at lcnccook@msn.com or comment on this post.

Latest Happenings
This blog hasn't had much new information these last few years. With no reunion planned anytime in the near future, it has occurred to me that we should start sharing photos of any little get togethers with our old classmates. Even though we're relatively old at this point, I'd like to see us share more than simply obituaries and sad news.
If you follow this blog and have any recent photos of yourself with HHS classmates, it would be great to post them here so feel free to write me and send any photos. Whether you're just meeting for lunch, taking a little road trip or other outing, we'd love to have you share here.
I'm going to start this new amusement off with photos taken last week at Mi Tierra at the Mercado in San Antonio of John & Shirley Moore May, Bonnie Hannan Dugi, Mary Evans Nutt and myself.
We'll all be looking forward to photos from more of you in the new future. If you follow this blog and have any recent photos of yourself with HHS classmates, it would be great to post them here so feel free to write me and send any photos.
